Will it be Humphrey’s today?
In the oldest city in the Netherlands, the oldest location of Humphrey’s is found as well. Early 1990 Humphrey’s opened its first dining venue at the Waalkade in Nijmegen. After 29 years this location has moved to Mariënburg 59.
The facade of the monumental building where the former Cinemariënburg film house was located has remained unchanged. Authentic elements such as stained glass, tiles and granite floors have been retained. The building has been given an extra accent with a large glass extension, which combines the authentic atmosphere with a modern look. The location offers around 200 seats inside and 80 on the terrace.
