On the 29th of April 2022, we've opened a new restaurant & café on the beautiful Maasplassen at the recreation resort Parc Maasresidence Thorn! This beautiful park is located in one of the most beautiful spots in the heart of Limburg and is within walking distance of the famous white town of Thorn. An excellent place for walking or cycling and boat trips. In addition, the Designer Outlet Roermond is only a 15-minute drive from the park. With a wide range of facilities such as lively catering, boat rental, an indoor swimming pool, bowling alleys and its own Kids Club, the park really has something to offer for everyone. Even if you are not staying at the park.
At Humphrey’s Thorn you can enjoy fine dining while admiring the breathtaking view of the marina and the water. We welcome you to our atmospheric restaurant or outside on the beautifully situated terrace, where you can enjoy a fresh breakfast, a nice cup of coffee with traditional Limburgse vlaai (pie), a delicious lunch or an extensive dinner.
Next door to the restaurant is Humphrey’s Café & Take away. The café is open daily for a pizza, a refreshing ice cream or a tasty snack, to be eaten on the spot or for take away. You can also order and pick up super delicious sushi here!
